Talk:Cigaro

"Most of their fans usually understand this song's message, but most think this song is an example of System of a Down having a bit of fun."
- Real message? What would that be..
- - Honestly, I thought that I got it immediately. It doesn't seem like it's just them having fun at all. The image of a corporate fat-cat smoking cigars and relaxing with other rich people is pretty well-known. As for the cock references, has one not heard of "penis-measuring contests." It's a rather clear declaration that the topic believes they are that much more awesome than everybody.
I saw system at oz fest in hartford, and daron began the song by singing very slowly, "I love my cock, you love my cock, we all love my cock!". To me, this emphasized the importance of those lyrics in the song itself, and it seems the song may be primarily about brainwashing, and how the American government controls what we all think.
