23 October 2006: Still hardly any info, Google ( http://www.google.com/search?q=%22Tube+of+Justice%22+CIS )points to a blog that references it. Sounds like on this Stephen Riley, a CIS worker knows about it. If it really is infamous it should be explained a bit better or cited, otherwise removed.

I have removed the "tube of justice" as I can't find any references to it except for reprints of this page. It therefore fails the Notability test. Zanzare 12:47, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
