The image linked here is claimed by Wikipedia editor DCGeist to be used under fair use as:

1. it is a copy of a widely available QSL card for a historically significant radio station;
2. it contains no personal information about the recipient nor any means by which the recipient could be identified;
3. it is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality);
4. the image is being used only for informational purposes; and
5. its inclusion adds significantly to the article because it shows the transmission coverage of the station, illustrating (a) how this Canadian station served the Detroit and other U.S. markets and thus (b) why RKO General purchased it.
