Clarence Park, South Australia

Clarence Park is an inner south-eastern suburb of Adelaide in the City of Unley. Its borders are Mills Street (north), the Noarlunga railway line (north-west from East Avenue to Emerson Crossing), Goodwood Road (east) and Cross Road (south).
On Channel 7's Today Tonight, it was rated as one of the fastest increasing (price wise) suburbs in South Australia.
The Clarence Park Community Centre is located just over the train line on East Avenue, in the suburb of Black Forest. On Monday's and Thursday's, Cheng's Ohdakwan Taekwondo is run by a small group in the centre. Thursday is sparring night, and Monday is all about technique, a good place to start for beginners. The centre also caters for many clubs and courses including a first aid club and social walking to coffee every Monday and Thursday.
The name Clarence Park name also holds proud the Richmond Clarence Park Cricket Club. The home ground is at Goodwood Oval.
