Clarke Garrison, Sr. is a fictional character on the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful, portrayed since late 1987 by actor Daniel McVicar. McVicar departed the show in 1992 and returned in 1996. Since 2005, he is on recurring status with the show.

A former fashion designer for the now-closed Spectra Fashions, Clarke serves largely as Sally Spectra's (Darlene Conley) confidante and the show's comic relief. Clarke is the father of C.J. Garrison (Mick Cain) and Mark MacClaine (Michael Dietz). He was formerly married to Kristen Forrester (then Teri Ann Linn, now Tracy Lindsey Melchior), and then Sally Spectra (Darlene Conley). He has had affairs with Margo Lynley (Lauren Koslow) (resulting in Mark's birth), Darla Einstein (Schae Harrison) and Morgan DeWitt (Sarah Buxton).
Clarke has recently been hired at Forrester Creations, as the new head designer, after being hired by the new owner, Dominick Marone (Jack Wagner).
