Claud Severn

Claude Severn (Chinese Translated Name 施勳) was a British colonial administrator. He was the Colonial Secretary of Hong Kong from 1911 - 1925 and he governed Hong Kong on various occasions as an acting administrator.
Severn Road, which is located on Mount Gough in Hong Kong were named after him. The Mansion of the Secretary of Justice of Hong Kong is located at this road.
