Clay Earl Jackson

Clay Earl Jackson (b. 1974 in Richmond, Virginia) is an American actor, most notable for winning the part of the Maytag Repairman in a national search. Jackson graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan College in 1997, where he studied drama.[1] He acted professionally for three years before giving up acting to join his family's real estate business.
"On a whim" he auditioned for the part of Maytag repairman. He was formally introduced by Maytag on April 2, 2007. Jackson is the fourth man to play the iconic role. [2]
