This template can be used in two ways:
- If the AFD discussion's name is the same as the article's, then simply use {{cleanup-afd}}.
- If the AFD discussion's name is different from the article's (e.g. a 2nd nomination, a difference in the names for a some reason, a bundle of articles), then use {{cleanup-afd|(name)}}, where "name" is where you can place the second half of the discussion's title (with the "Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/" part removed).
- This template is a self-reference.
- Please do not subst: this template.
