Hi, Interesting comment on art film...I used to agree that it was a non-useful term, because it is used so subjectively (one person's art movie is another person's violent splatter gorefest!!)...however, I've since found that film theory people have "OFFICIALLY" defined the characteristics of art films. I've put their definition of art movies in the articleNazamo 03:54, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
