Cliff Russell (born February 8, 1979 in Ewa Beach, Hawaii) is an American football wide receiver, currently a free agent in the NFL. He was originally selected in the third round of the 2002 NFL Draft out of the University of Utah by the Washington Redskins. Russell has also played for the Cincinnati Bengals and Miami Dolphins. As a member of the Washington Redskins he was tackled suplex style by Philadelphia Eagles' Safety, Brian Dawkins.
