Thanks Brion, for the tip. I haven't found a wasy to save images in PNG format, but I'll try GIF for now. By the way, how do I delete the JPG files from Wikipedia?
- Just list them on Wikipedia:Votes for deletion, and a sysop will come 'round and take them off your hands. --Brion
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! I just noticed the diagrams you added to Ellipse; thanks! A little imagery goes a long way towards making text accessible. Just a wee suggestion: JPEG compression is meant mainly for photographs, and corrupts the image a bit on line-art images. If you can take the original (uncompressed) images and resave them as PNG (or even GIF) format, they would look cleaner (and often compress more efficiently). --Brion 08:08 Jan 29, 2003 (UTC)
[edit] Image:Elpsmajr.png listed for deletion
An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:Elpsmajr.png, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you.
