Nueva Chicago is an Argentine football club based out of the Mataderos barrio of Buenos Aires, which is also called Nueva Chicago.
The club, that plays at Estadio Nueva Chicago, has won the 1930 (amateur) the 1981 Argentine Second Division, and the 2006 Second Division Clausura.
Chicago was noted during the 1980s for their raucous supporters. In a publicized episode in the early 1980s (during the "Proceso" dictatorship), many fans were jailed for short terms for singing the Peronist march during a game.
Its nickname, el torito ("the little bull") is an allusion to 1930s Mataderos boxer Justo Suárez, known as "el torito de Mataderos".
