From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Combat athletics are an assortment of training and fighting techniques based on the evolution of French Canadian, Mohawk and Toronto-based styles.
Training can include exhaustion endurance; cold-weather training; the study of the improvement in the design of the human body; the integration of technology and core movement.
During travel, some densely populated areas may require the use of a hydration pack and smog mask.
The urban Canadian climate offers year-round opportunities for outdoor training.
