Commercial Data Systems, Inc. (CDS) is a computer systems integration, value-added reseller and consulting company based in Honolulu, Hawaii.

CDS was incorporated in 1986 in Hawaii as a UNIX systems integrator and reseller. The company now one of the largest value-added resellers in the United States, providing and install servers and networks nationwide, primarily for federal and local government agencies.

In addition to its Honolulu headquarters CDS has a regional headquarters in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and satellite offices in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, New York, North Carolina, Texas, and the Washington, D.C. area.

CDS developed a unique electronic silent auction system used in fund raising events by the Honolulu Symphony, the USS Arizona Memorial Association, the American Heart Association and other charities. CDS also provides the electronic voting system for [Kids Voting Hawaii], most recently used by 97,508 students in Hawaii during the 2006 general election.

As a Small Business Administration 8(a) small business, CDS helps government customers meet certain purchasing requirements. CDS possesses an array of contract vehicles, including General Services Administration (GSA) and IDIQ schedules, CMAS, CISV, and TXMAS to expedite procurement. CDS is also HUB Zone certified.
