Compromise agreements

A Compromise Agreements is a legal document created and signed by both employer and employee that can be used in redundancy and dismissal situations. Normally a financial renumeration towards the employee is made as a consequence of signing the Comprise Agreement which legally prevents the employee from pursuing the case in a tribunal.
