[edit] The Loop
- We have been through the loop of having this text moved back and forth as a selfref entry. This information is not important enough to warrant being at the top of the page.
I see no reference of this "loop" in the talk page. The topic in the self-ref is related to commenting and computer programming and is probably something somebody might look up. I always seem to be looking this up because I use it frequently enough for it to be annoying to repeatedly look it up and infrequently enough so that I forget it. It's intuitive to look up something like WP:COMMENT or Wikipedia:Commenting or How do I comment out text on Wikipedia? (assuming that maybe the text of this question will turn up in a search), but of course, none of these work. It is not very intuitive to type in Wikipedia:How to edit a page#Character formatting. This topic is related but not explicitly stated in the article, therefore is appropriate for the self ref. Ufwuct 03:24, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
