Removed the quote, "Citizens must be careful of their actions and of what they say, as they are being constantly monitored." It adds nothing to the article that isn't expressed elsewhere. I also deleted the equally unnecessary content note that tries to discredit the speaker of the quote. Martiano 21:49, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
User:Guardia Rojo keeps removing the statement "These acts include abuse, intimidation and sometimes physical assault against those deemed "counter-revolutionary" which comes from a notable source Amnesty. I would like this user to come on to the talk page and discuss this removal. --Zleitzen 23:49, 18 November 2006 (UTC)
