[edit] Merging Commonwealth System of Higher Education and State-related
I found the content of these two articles are nearly the same. For this reason, I propose the two articles to be merged-- discuss here. --Samuel Curtis-- TALK 04:07, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
Support -- I support doing so, then turning state-related into a redirect. --Mithunc 22:11, 26 December 2006 (UTC)
Favor The concepts are closely related: merge Commonwealth System of Higher Education to State-related. Thanks, GChriss <always listening><c> 04:21, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
- It seem there's some disagreement between the two on which would be the surviving page. Go on discussing. --Samuel Curtis-- TALK 11:47, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
Favor - I would support the merging of both articles; however, I believe the Commonwealth System of Higher Education should be the surviving page, as related to Pennsylvania. We could merge state-related into it, but I have noticed that many universities (often outside of PA) use the term state-supported, but there is no official page on the directory. Maybe we could incorporate it into the state-related page and keep both??? Thoughts... Wrightchr 20:35, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
Support since both articles essentially discuss the same topic. The Commonwealth System of Higher Education is the only state-related university system, so a merge would be an excellent decision. –Crashintome4196 05:12, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
