Confederation College

Confederation College is a community college located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. It was established in 1967, and has area campuses in Dryden, ON, Fort Frances, ON, Geraldton, ON, Kenora, ON, Marathon, ON and Sioux Lookout, ON. The college, with its area campuses, serves an area of approximately 215,000 km. It is one of only two community colleges supporting Northwestern Ontario.

The Thunder Bay Campus of the college is home to five campus buildings (Shuniah, Dorion, Neebing, Conmee & McIntyre buildings), with the student residences located in the Sibley Hall Residence. Also present on the Thunder Bay Campus is the Thunder Bay Art Gallery (http://www.tbag.ca). Located at the Thunder Bay International Airport is the College's School of Aviation, also known as the Aviation Centre of Excellence. The Thunder Bay Campus is also home to the Confederation College Student Union (http://www.succi.com/) offices.
The college offers a full range of programs and educational services throughout the region; full-time postsecondary programs, part-time credit and non-credit courses, specialty programs for business and industry, pre-employment and skills training programs; apprenticeship programs and cooperative/workplace training programs.

3,200 full-time postsecondary students; 410 apprentices, 550 adult training students and 17,000 part time & continuing education students attend Confederation College annually.
