[edit] Three pages with a lot of overlap
I added a section on Britain in the Conscientious objector page, without even realising that this page existed. It didn't show up on the search. I have now added cross-links between the two and also to Conscription .
A full edit would be a good idea. But it would best be done by someone researching the topic a bit and adding new material as well as shuffling what already exists. I have other priorities and no easy access to a major library which would have the standard books on the matter.

Linked most of the separate articles that cover this topic.. I'd have thought East Germany (which no longer exists) should be put with the rest. But I don't want to do this unilaterally.--GwydionM 18:18, 7 February 2006 (UTC)

Have a look at William Tebb - the assertion in the BMJ that the term was introduced into English law as a result of arguments over vaccination seems likely to be true.

[edit] Reorganization of Civilian service articles
I feel it'd be a good idea to break off sections, such as Civilian service in Finland which have significant independent-article potential. On that note, the article on Civilian service needs to be addressed and expanded significantly. --Agamemnon2 09:30, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
