It is disputed whether or not this image violates our first fair use criterion.

The reason given is: This is a screen-shot from the film "The Kirov Ballet In London. It shows two celebrated dancers - Farukh Ruzimatov and Altynai Asylmuratova of the Kirov/Mariinsky Ballet of St. Petersburg, Russia performing the "Le Corsaire Pas de deux", which is the most celebrated passage from the ballet the article is about - Le Corsaire. I chose to use this screen-shot was for the beginning of this article, and also since the performer are discussed in the article itself. The photo shows two of this pieces most celebrated performers dancing the most iconic and celebrated passage from this ballet - when most ballet dancers and balletomanes think of this ballet, they think of the role of Ali (being performed by the man in th photo), being shirtless and wearing the baggy pants, with a head band with a feather, partnering the ballerina Medora (the heroine) who is costumed elegantly in a classical tutu. There are no public domain images which show this photo, nor could one be made. This photo is not replaceable
