Count Ricardo

Count Ricardo is an Australian thoroughbred racehorse who is best known as a steal from the racehorse sale. Trainer and co-owner Stephen Theodore purchased him for just AUD$880 (including GST). He ran third in the Group One Victoria Derby and won the Group Two Sandown Classic in 2004.
As of October 1, 2005, he earned the prizemoney of AUD$540,310, 600 times his original sale price.
