County Route 541, abbreviated CR 541, is a county highway in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The highway extends 23.84 miles from U.S. Route 206 in Shamong Township to U.S. Route 130 in Burlington.
The road travels through the following municipalities at the specified mileposts (from south to north):
- 00.00-04.92 (est.): Shamong Township (Burlington County)
- 04.92-06.44: Medford Township
- 06.44-07.05: Medford Lakes (east) and Medford Township (west)
