County Route 618 is a county highway in Ocean County, New Jersey. The highway extends 11.28 miles from CR 614 in Lacey Township to just east of U.S. Route 9 in Berkeley Township. The road dead ends at the Barnegat Bay. The busiest section is between the Parkway and U.S. Route 9, which serves as a major commuting route. Ocean County built all new exit ramps to serve as a new "Exit 77" to help alleviate the nearby interchanges and provide better access to Berkeley Township. The only signage for CR 618 is going northbound on the Parkway, an embossed street sign at U.S. Route 9, and a single reassurance shield.
