County Route 691 is a short county highway entirely within the city of New Brunswick in Middlesex County, New Jersey. It is the designation given to Livingston Avenue between Nassau Street and Suydam Street. At CR 691's southern terminus, Livingston Avenue continues as Route 26; at its northern terminus, Livingston Avenue continues as Route 171.
