Coup DeVille

Coup DeVille is the second episode of the Nickelodeon animated series, All Grown Up!.
Lil is tired of being Phil's twin, so she moves out of his room and tries to separate her life as much as she can from Phil, to avoid any future "Phil and Lil" moments. Meanwhile, Chuckie refuses to take the Presidential Fitness physical education test, coached by Vice Principal Pangborn. He hides in the bathroom during the test, but a pipe breaks in the bathroom, leaving him hanging on another pipe as not to drown (which is what he would have done on the test).
