Coven is a character from the Marvel Comics Universe.
He is a man whom Rick Jones witnessed butchering innocent people. Rick Jones testified, and Coven was sentenced to death; however, after being electrocuted, Coven returned to life. Technically having served his sentence, he was set free and Captain Marvell used him as a tool for vengeance while still insane. He claimed to be an alien, but this has not been confirmed.
