Craig McNair (b. 1975) is a New Zealand politician. He is a member of the New Zealand First party.
Before entering politics, McNair was a marketing manager and an education consultant. He took part in a program which helped initiate a restructuting of the Moscow school system. McNair also holds a pilot's license.
He was elected to Parliament as a list MP in the 2002 elections, having been ranked in eighth place on the New Zealand First party list.
McNair is also known in New Zealand for filing a complaint with police over Green MP Nandor Tanczos's admission to being a consumer of cannabis. Tanczos was not charged.
