[edit] Knowledge Management
Knowledge Management is one of the areas that I have been studying over the past ten years. Although it has many definitions, the practice of critically thinking about the knowledge assets, processes, technologies, and products of an organization creates and distributes knowledge in organizations. As an emerging discipline, KM provides leaders and the members of their organizations to become better at sharing intellectual capital and innovating to keep an organization viable.
