Criminal Intelligence Service Canada (CISC) is an organization that provides the facilities to unite the criminal intelligence units of Canadian law enforcement agencies in the fight against organized crime and other serious crime in Canada.
CISC is comprised of a Central Bureau, located in Ottawa, and a system of ten Provincial Bureaux, which are located in each province. The Yukon Territory is served by CISBC, while the Northwest Territories and Nunavut are represented by CISA and CISO respectively. The Central Bureau functions on a national scale and the Provincial Bureaux operate within provincial boundaries.
