Clarence Westly (Cuddles) Marshall (April 28, 1925 - ?) was an American League relief pitcher for the New York Yankees and St. Louis Browns from 1946 to 1950.
Marshall was born in Bellingham, Washington, and compiled a 7-7 record over four seasons; three with the Yankees, and a final campaign with the Browns. His career ERA was 5.98 runs allowed per nine inninngs pitched. Over his career, he walked 158 batters while striking out but 69. A good average is three strikeouts per walk allowed. Marshall walked twice as many as he struck out, a highly unusual statistic that may be unprecedented in MLB lore.
