sunawave - the word "chou" is not a new word and so i deleted the passage that suggests that. The word "Chou" or 超 means "super" and is used in normal Japanese, as well as chinese speech. It can be regarded as slang in that it is overused or innappropriately used by young Japanese.

There isn't enough here to justify an article. Either somebody should add something notable in, or it should be merged with Shibuya.

Calling Shibuya a "dangerous city" is probably inaccurate at best.
