Current Opinion in Biotechnology

Current Opinion in Biotechnology [ISSN 0958-1669] is a review journal launched in 1990 and is one in a series of ten Current Opinion life-sciences journals published by Elsevier. The journal aims to cover all the major recent advances in the study of biotechnology, and to direct readers to the most important original research. Each issue, published every two months, contains one or more themed ‘sections’ edited by world-leading scientists who specialise in the field and invite authors to contribute timely, authoritative reviews aimed at experts and non-specialists.
