CVN-80 is the hull designation for a proposed United States Navy Gerald R. Ford class aircraft carrier. CVN 80 is tentatively to be commissioned in 2021. CVN-80 would replace USS Nimitz (CVN-68) in the fleet, finishing her distinguished career in the Navy after 46 years of service.
