Cynthia A. Pratt

The Right Honourable Cythia A. "Mother" Pratt, is the current Deputy Prime Minister of the Bahamas. She attained the office when the Progressive Liberal Party came to power in the national elections of 2002. She is a Protestant minister and served as a Physical Education teacher in the Bahamian Public School System. Her qualifications make her less than desirable for the position however, "party politics" has given her opportunity to serve in this position.
She is expected to participate in the upcoming national elections of 2007, but a date has not been set.
