Dale Brearcliffe has been the president of Digital Bear Consulting since its founding in 1997. He has over twenty-four years experience in database design and over ten years experience in web site design and web content development. Previous to Digital Bear Consulting, he spent fourteen years in information management, database design and crime analysis for law enforcement agencies. He has taught classes in Internet research methodology for law enforcement, technology companies recruiting staff and the Department of Homeland Security.
