This image, DAT promo.jpg, originally found by dat_pp.jpg, is used to illustrate the Day after tomorrow (band) article. Although the image itself is copyrighted, I (ReyBrujo), believe it is covered by the Fair use exception because:

There are no free images available about this topic.
The image has been released to promote the band.
Regardless of the promotional status of the image, the version uploaded to Wikipedia is a low resolution one, which prevents illegal printing which may affect the copyright owner of selling the promotional image if they wished to do so.
