David Eigenberg

David Eigenberg (born on May 17, 1964 in Long Island, New York) is an actor who grew up in Naperville, Illinois. He is best known for his role of Steve Brady on the HBO comedy Sex and the City.
Eigenberg's father is Jewish, and he has a younger sister Betsy and older sister Helen. [1] The family moved to Illinois when David was 4 and moved all around the suburbs of Chicago. He acted for the first time at the age of 12 in a community theater production of Kurt Vonnegut's "Happy Birthday Wanda June."
While playing football at Naperville Central High School, the quarterback on his team was Sean Payton. Now the coach of the New Orleans Saints.
After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving for three years and was Honorably Discharged at the rank of Lance Corporal.
