David Hickernell

David Hickernell is the current Pennsylvania State Representative in the 98th District which covers parts of Dauphin and Lancaster counties.[1] Smith has been a State Representative since 2003.
Smith is a native of Marietta, Pennsylvania.[2] Hickernell graduated from Donegal High School in 1977.[2] Hickernell graduated from Elizabethtown College in 1983, and is the College's third alumni elected to the Pennsylvania State House, following Bruce Smith and Mark S. McNaughton.
