David Rich is an American personal trainer, male fitness model, and the owner of David Rich Fitness Inc.

Rich has been modeling for various fitness magazines and was a former cover model for Australia's DNA Magazine January 2005 Issue #60. He has also appeared on the cover of Playgirl magazine's June 2005 issue photographed by Lewis Payton. Moreover, his LA-based personal training company produces the best-selling DVD workout line: The Looking Great Naked Training System.

When Rich was a skinny 14 year old boy, he set out with the goal of developing a muscular body, inspired on what he saw on the TV and in magazines. Throughout the training, Rich realized he needed to learn the correct ways to train. Soon, he thus began to learn about nutrition and its role in fitness. After years of experience and research, Rich has said the following regarding fitness training: "The trick is to find what is going to work for you".
