Davis Gallery, Dublin, which was located on Capel Street, was owned and managed by the Irish artist Gerald Davis. The gallery used to exhibit a variety of new Irish works and artists such as Patrick Cahill, Patrick Viale, Mary Hennessey, George Oakley and Olivia Hayes have all had solo exhibitions there. The shop offered a wide selection of Irish watercolors and oil paintings, with emphasis on Dublin scenes, wildlife, and flora.
Gerald Davis: Dublin-born painter and Joycean of Lithuanian Jewish descent, died June 17th, 2005.
