Davo Karničar

Davo Karničar (born October 26, 1962) is a Slovenian climber and an extreme skier. He is the first man who skied from all 7 continent highest peaks. He was also the first man who skied down from the Mount Everest on October 7, 2000.
He skied from the following peaks:
- Mount Everest (8848 meters)in Asia in October 7, 2000
- Kilimanjaro (5895 meters) in Africa in November 2001
- Mount Elbrus (5642 meters) in Europe in May 2002
- Aconcagua (6960 meters) in South America in January 2003
- Mount Kosciuszko (2228 meters) in Australia in August 2003
- Mount McKinley(6194 meters) in North America in June 2004
- Vinson Massif (4897 meters) in Antarctica in November 11, 2006
