There have been several David Freedmans and two of them worked as gag writers. The first is quite dead now but when he was alive he worked on films like Ziegfeld Follies. The second worked with Danny Baker, Lee Hurst and in a writing partnership with Alan Gilbey. He still lives and works in the UK where he writes, script edits, directs and produces within the ever struggling but always busy UK animation industry. He has worked on shows as various as Mr Hell, Bounty Hamster, Foxbusters, Bob & Margaret, Legend Of The Dragon and King Arthur's Disasters. His blog is http://www.sling-shot.biz/
