DCI phone service is a VOIP service like Vonage.

DCI offers cellular service to Canadian customers that works by using available cellular networks in the area, unlike normal MVNO service providers.

They are a GSM provider, providing SIM cards labelled Kore Wireless. Once DCI SIM cards are installed, "Rogers" is displayed.
