A Deadhead may refer to:
- A commercial carrier with no paying passengers or freight.
- Similarly, sometimes used as a verb to describe a taxicab driving some distance without a paying passenger. Eg. "to deadhead across town for a fare" or "to deadhead back to the office."
- In the airline industry, a flight crew member (either flight attendant or pilot) who is in uniform travelling on a scheduled flight, but not working that flight, (on a positive space ticket which sometimes bumps a paying passenger off a flight). Essentially, that crew member is being repositioned to work from a different city.
- Dead Head (TV series), a 4-part British TV drama made in 1986 and starring Denis Lawson
- A form of Pruning, called deadheading
- Fans of the band the Grateful Dead, Deadheads
- El Muerto, the comic book character
