From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Deal or No Deal is broadcast in Germany by broadcaster Sat.1.
In 2004, the show was premièred as Der Millionen-Deal. It was hosted by Linda de Mol, who also is the host of the Dutch show. The game had a top prize of €2,000,000. The show was, however, cancelled after only seven airings.
A new version was produced in 2005, hosted by Guido Cantz, and broadcasted on the same network. The current version has a top prize of €250,000. Starting in 2006, it also has graphics, models, and a set that is identical to the U.S. version.
