Law & Order: Dead on the Money is the first in a series of computer games based on the television series Law & Order.
The game, like the show, has two parts. During the first part, the player is the partner of Lennie Briscoe. The object is to gather enough evidence to make an arrest. During the second part, the player is the assistant to Serena Southerlyn. The object is to convince a jury to give a guilty verdict.
The game revolves around the murder of a Wall Street stock broker who was killed in Central Park while jogging.
