The BMEzine wiki claims fairly widespread speculation that she used the jury's views of the D/s lifestyle to cover up a murder; it would be fairly libellous to make such a claim, but would it be appropriate to document the existance of this claim? I know many people in the D/s scene are concerned with the fact that the judicial risks in a D/s relationship rest entirely with the dominant party, and while the foremost concern is the burden of proof with regards to consent (which is, in practice, almost always shifted to the defendant) there is also some concern over incidents like this, and it would be nice to be able to tie it in with a future article on that topic.
