Denise Karbon (born August 16, 1980) is an Italian Alpine skier.
She was born in Brixen (Bressanone), Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol.

Denise Karbon debuted in Alpine Skiing World Cup in 1998, while the following year she was Junior World Champion. In 2003 she won the Giant Slalom of Alta Badia. She has obtained a total of other 6 podium placements. In 2003 she won also a silver medal at the World Championships in Giant Slalom.
