Denis Howe has been the editor of the Free On-Line Dictionary Of Computing (FOLDOC) since its founding in 1985. It is hosted at Imperial College, London.
Apart from editing FOLDOC and working for the BBC, Howe spends his time raising his two sons, Mark and Alex, trying not to annoy his wife, Simin, and doing Shotokan Karate, at which he is a brown belt.
